Our History
The Southwest Figure Skating Club, founded in 1996, offers a warm and inclusive environment for figure skaters of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are taking your first steps onto the ice or are a seasoned competitor, the club welcomes everyone. Members can take part in the annual ice show and have the opportunity to join US Figure Skating (USFSA) for local competitions and tests aligned with the US Figure Skating Curriculum. Under the dedicated leadership of Jodi Schreurs since 2005, the club hosts its eagerly anticipated annual performance every March. In 2022, the Southwest Figure Skating Club joyously celebrated its 25th anniversary.
